Part puppy, part house cow, and 100% adorable! 🐮❤️

Meet Squirt, an approximately 8-week-old little sweetheart who is ready to find her forever home!

First things first, let’s address the name. Squirt earned her rather unfortunate nickname thanks to a pretty impressive case of diarrhea when she first arrived in foster care. Not exactly glamorous, we know! 😂 We’ve considered upgrading her name to Betsy or Bessie, because honestly, with her adorable colouring, chunky little body, and signature waddle, she resembles a tiny house cow more than anything else!

Remember house hippos? Well, meet the house cow. 🐄

Unlike her feisty sister Scrappy, Squirt is a little more calm, cool, and collected. She’s a laid-back little lady who prefers to take life at her own pace. While her siblings are busy causing chaos, you’ll often find Squirt off doing her own thing, perfectly content in her own company.

She’s a little more reserved and can be shy when experiencing new things, but she’s slowly learning to build her confidence and explore the world around her.

Squirt is an independent girl who doesn’t necessarily need to be the centre of attention. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy affection, though! With her incredibly soft, fluffy fur, she’s practically a living teddy bear, and while she might not always be the first to ask for cuddles, she’s more than happy to accept a good snuggle when offered. We like to think she’s just a little bit of a diva. 💅

And if there’s one thing Squirt takes seriously, it’s mealtime! This chunky little lady LOVES her food. Feeding time is easily the highlight of her day, and she’s always ready when dinner is served!

Squirt is also making progress with her puppy basics! She’s pee pad trained and currently working on outdoor potty training. She’s also learning to get comfortable with her crate. Both are still works in progress, but she’s taking things one step at a time!

Squirt is the perfect mix of sweet, independent, and just a little quirky. She’s got a quiet charm about her that makes her impossible not to fall in love with.

🩺 Deworming: First deworming treatment completed
🚽 Potty training: Pee pad trained, working on outdoor potty training
🏠 Crate training: Currently learning!
🐄 Favourite activity: Eating, obviously!
❤️ Personality: Calm, independent, gentle, a little shy, and incredibly sweet
🧸 Special features: Super soft fur, adorable cow colouring, and the cutest little waddle!

Like any young puppy, Squirt will need a family committed to helping her learn, grow, and build confidence. Although she’s currently the calmer one of the bunch, she’s still a Husky mix puppy with lots of growing and developing ahead of her!

She would love a patient, loving home where she can continue coming out of her shell, explore at her own pace, and enjoy plenty of delicious meals and cozy cuddles.
