Skipper

Meet Skipper! This sweet girl is easy to love and has so much to give back. She might take a bit to warm up to you but once she trusts you she’ll try to get as many pets from you as possible! Skipper loves her cuddles and belly rubs.

Skipper is 2 years old and loves to play, this is when we hear her talk! When she’s alone she plays independently with her toys, but has the most fun when running and playing her dog friends! Skipper has lived in a home with another dog and did very well. She would be happy in a home with another furry companion.
Skipper walks well on a leash! She loves exploring all the new smells and sometimes needs reminders not to pull.

Overall Skipper is a very calm and well mannered dog, with some old soul in her. Once she feels safe and trusts you she easily relaxes and makes herself at home. She loves to be close to her humans, lounging in the sun and watching the birds and people pass out the window. She doesn’t bark, just watches.

Skipper is house and kennel trained and spends her nights quietly in her kennel. Skipper is smart and picks up on commands quickly. She is eager to please and food motivated when it comes to learning new tricks and skills. She is not food aggressive with her humans or other dogs.
She is spayed and vaccinated.

Skipper is ready to be a part of a family that makes her feel safe and a lifetime of belly rubs.
