Some dogs leave paw prints on your heart the moment you meet them—and Franny is one of those dogs.

This beautiful 4–5-year-old Shepherd mix has the sweetest, calmest soul. She has a gentle, peaceful presence that makes everyone around her feel at ease. But don't let her relaxed demeanor fool you—when it's time to play, Franny can run and romp with the best of them! After a fun play session with her foster siblings, she's more than happy to curl up at your feet or snuggle beside you on the couch for a well-earned nap.

Franny is wonderful with other animals. She gets along beautifully with both dogs and cats, and other dogs naturally gravitate toward her for playtime and cuddles. Her patient, gentle, and loyal nature makes her the kind of dog who fits seamlessly into family life, and we believe she would make an incredible companion for children of all ages.

She's fully house trained and can be trusted to have free roam of the house when left alone. While she's not currently a fan of the kennel, with patience and positive reinforcement she may become more comfortable over time.

Franny has an old leg injury that has fully healed, but it has left her back right leg without much flexibility. She gets around well, enjoys life to the fullest, and doesn't show any signs of pain. To help keep her comfortable for years to come, she'd do best in a home with minimal stairs.

Franny truly is the total package—kind, affectionate, easygoing, and full of love. She would fit beautifully into almost any home and is more than ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for.
