Arlo enjoys getting out for walks and does fairly well on leash. His recall is still a work in progress, so a secure yard or a family willing to continue working with him would be ideal.

He is crate trained and settles nicely in his crate. Arlo is currently fed in his crate as he can be a little protective of his food around other animals, but with this simple routine in place he does very well.

Arlo gets along with other dogs and would likely do well in a home with children thanks to his loving and people-focused personality. Due to a natural chase instinct, a home without livestock or cats would be the best fit for him.
