Winter 3.0

Winter 3.0 is an adorable adult corgi mix. She is small - about half the size of a normal corgi. Because of her tiny stature, she struggles with stairs. She would love a home with either little stairs, and/or someone that would take the time to make her ramps.
Winter 3.0 walks great on leash and is house trained. She is very timid but warms up quickly. She is very affectionate once she trusts you.
She is dog selective. She gets along amazingly with one of my dogs, but tends to resource guard towards the other. Small dogs often have to learn to defend themselves when people or other animals don’t respect their space - and Winter is no different. She will stand up for herself and growl/nip when she’s feeling threatened. For this reason, I would not recommend a home with children unless they are aware of dog body language and will be respectful when she needs space.
Winter 3.0 sleeps quietly in her crate at night, but truthfully a crate likely isn’t necessary. I can trust her alone in the house. She’s been a wonderful house guest.
Winter 3.0 would love to go to a home with daily short walks, a secure fenced yard, potentially another dog friend of similar size, and a loving family that respects her space and allows her to trust on her own time. This little girl truly deserves the world!
