Sage

Description

Sage is absolutely thriving in her foster home and is such a fun, happy little love bug. She’s confident and not one to be at the bottom of the totem pole—this girl stands her ground (even when the odds aren’t in her favor!).
Sage has recently met chickens and, while she does get excited when they flap their wings (who wouldn’t? 😅), her interest is playful rather than predatory. She enjoys a brief chase, but the moment another animal stops, she stops too. If she’s tired or mentally drained, she couldn’t care less.
She’s very playful and currently in the teething phase, but she redirects easily to toys and chews. Sage is eager to learn and loves working with people—especially when food is involved! She’s learning healthy food boundaries and has already made great progress.
Sage is still working on potty training and continues to improve daily. She has lots of energy and would love an active home that enjoys playtime and training.
One of Sage’s best qualities is her love for people—especially kids of all ages. Despite teething and children running around like wild little humans, she has never tried to mouth them. She is not defensive whatsoever and allows anyone to take toys or food from her without even flinching.
